ROHAN BARNES - PRINCIPAL

Rohan Barnes is the principal of Waveform Acoustics, with a passion to provide timely, quality, and thoughtful outcomes for all his clients whether residential or commercial. Rohan has a diverse range of project experience in the healthcare, education, entertainment, and residential sectors.

Rohan is currently the Victorian Secretary for the Victorian Division of the Australia Acoustical Society and the founder and principle of Waveform Acoustics.

SAM GLAZEBROOK - ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT

Sam Glazebrook has been an integral part of Waveform Acoustics since 2021, contributing his expertise in report writing, site inspections, noise modelling, and research. With a strong background in music performance, composition, and audio engineering, Sam brings a unique perspective to acoustic consultancy. His diverse skill set enhances the team's ability to deliver comprehensive acoustic solutions tailored to client needs. Sam's passion for sound and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset in achieving optimal acoustic environments for various projects.

LEIGH BERNOTH - ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT

Leigh is a skilled consultant specialising in environmental and safety compliance with a comprehensive background across both private and public sectors. Since 2014, he has delivered expert audits and advisory services on environmental, health, and safety issues.

As an experienced acoustic consultant, Leigh focuses on noise assessments, including OHS evaluations, gymnasium noise, reverberation modelling, and office acoustics.

Leigh is a skilled project manager and team leader, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) from La Trobe University. His career includes senior environmental roles across various industries, where he has led complex environmental audits and risk assessments for major operations in mining, manufacturing, recycling, and agricultural sectors.

Leigh has also leveraged his environmental expertise to develop and implement programs for the Victorian government, such as the Resource Smart Business program. In the public sector, he has managed significant grant funding programs, demonstrating his proficiency in stakeholder and contract management

Esther Glazebrook brings a wealth of expertise to Waveform Acoustics, directing critical areas of business operations. As our Business Developer, Esther oversees our promotion strategies and drives Waveform Acoustics’ progression towards our long-term vision. Esther’s role also includes management of our social media team, website, and the handling of invoices and accounts. She assists in ordering and processing our audiometry booth range. Her versatility and planning plays an instrumental role in our company's growth and success.
